Line Cook Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our Award Winning Team (winner of the “Kootenay Business 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 Best Place to Eat & Drink Award”)


  • Must possess 2-5 years of experience
  • Able to work a variety of shifts
  • Possess a strong desire to produce high quality product
  • Ability to perform tasks expediently
  • Be well organised and have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Have sound knowledge of commercial kitchen functions

BBQ Challenge!

A very special thank-you goes out to Chef Chris Vint for representing the Fernie Hotel & Pub in the 2019 Rotary BBQ Challenge this past weekend! He served up lamb and elk koftas with pickled radish and tzatziki. It was a fun event with both professionals and amateurs raising the bar in Fernie. We will be back next year!
